User Management on the ISL Customer Portal

Company administrators have the ability to manage license keys for users within the organization, and can invite users to join the organization from the User Management page.  At the top of that page there’s a button labeled “Invite User to Join Org Account”.  This takes the Company Administrator to the below page which allows them to invite a user to join the organization. Simply enter the email address of the user and click “Invite User”.

If the user is an existing user on the portal, they will be sent a link to migrate their account to the organization:

Once a user has joined the organization, the Company Administrator can then manage the license key for the newly added user.  

FOR NRC PLUGIN AND ISL CAMP-SUG BUNDLE USERS:  Note that even when a user is part of the organization, they will still need to individually request access to the NRC plugins and/or the ISL CAMP-SUG bundle.  This can be done by clicking “Account” in the left-hand navigation pane and selecting “Request NRC Access”.  They can then select one or more of the available products:

After the license entitlement has been approved for the respective product and user, the company administrator will be able to manage the license for the user in the organization.
