• Will my current account be migrated over to the new system? No, users will be required to establish new accounts and one person in you organization will need to create an administrator account to manage the licenses. ISL will ensure that the plugin access based on the current subscription will be retained for any existing users in the organization.
• Will administrators be able to manage subscriptions for users within the organization? YES! Each organization will be able to register an administrator account which can manage the purchase, renewal, and transfer of license subscriptions for each user in their organization.
• Will I be able to pay directly with a credit card? YES! The credit cards can now be used to purchase a SNAP subscription.
• My organization requires a Purchase Order (PO) for purchasing software products; will the new SNAP portal facilitate POs? YES! Administrators will have the option of uploading POs through the portal and requesting an invoice for payment. NOTE: The terms and conditions of ISL’s End User License Agreement (EULA) must take precedence in any PO issued by the organization. The current EULA can be downloaded

• Are NRC Plug-ins still available through the new product portal? YES! However, users will still need to go through the normal NRC review process and be approved prior to receiving a license.
• I am an NRC CAMP member, can I still get the SUG plug-ins for free? YES! Approved CAMP members in good standing can still get the RELAP5/Mod3.3 plug-in at no cost (does not include the RELAP5-3D plug-in which must be purchased separately).
• Can I get a trial license for SNAP? YES! 30-day trial licenses are offered for the entire SUG Bundle.
