Assigning Licenses to User

After a license has been purchased or assigned, it will appear on the Licenses screen.  The screen will have two sections. The first shows all licenses that are available to the company and can assigned to users within the organization. The second show licenses that are assigned directly the current user.

To manage a specific license, click on the "Manage" button next to the license.  This will take the user to the License Key Management page where a license can assigned to an existing user.

To assign to a user, simply select the user from the Assigned User drop-down list and click "Assign".  The user also has the option to enter a new user account if desired.
