Single User Accounts

When a new user registers to use the ISL Customer Portal, the user is granted access and automatically is setup as a single user account.  All purchases (license keys) will be automatically assigned to the user under this configuration.

Multiple User Account

Some organizations may wish to have a single administrative account manage purchases and license keys for other users within the organization.  For this scenario, single user accounts can be upgraded to a company account that allows management and access for multiple, associated users.

To upgrade from single user account, go to Administration -> Upgrade Account. This will bring up the Account Conversion page.  Enter the relevant company information and click on "Convert Account".

This will convert the existing account to a company account.  The initial user is automatically granted the Company Administrator role which allows the purchases and user management.  To access this role, the user will need to log out and login again.

Note that when using a company account, the Company Administrator should create new user accounts and not have the user use the front registration page.
