This registration screen lets new users set up an account to access the ISL Customer Portal. Once registered, users can view service details, make payments, view license keys, purchase software, and more (depending on permissions).
A valid email address — this will become your username and will be used for verification.
Account number or customer reference — usually provided on your invoice or welcome letter.
Basic contact information — name, address, phone number.
A strong password — see the password requirements below.
Open the registration page
Go to ISL Customer Portal → Register.
Provide personal/contact information
Username
First and Last Name
Email Address (used to log in)
Physical Address
Phone Number (if required)
Create a password
Make sure it meets all listed requirements (see below).
Submit registration
Hit Register to complete the process.
Verify your email
A verification link will be sent to the email you provided. Click on that link to activate your account.
To help protect your account, your password must:
Be at least 8 characters long (or whatever your system’s requirement is)
Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
Contain numbers
Include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
Avoid using easily guessed words or sequences (like “password”, “1234”, or your name)

Do I need to register if I already have an account?
No — if you already have login credentials for the portal, use the Sign In / Login option instead of registering again. Multiple registrations for the same account may cause confusion or access issues.
Can I change my email or password later?
Yes. Once you are logged in, go to Account Settings (or Profile) to update your email, password, or other contact details.
Is my personal info secure?
Yes. ISLInc uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Make sure to choose a password you haven’t used elsewhere and keep it confidential.
